Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped the same or next day by Royal Mail 2nd class standard delivery (unless it falls on a weekend or Bank Holiday). Orders with the value up to £3.00 the delivery charge will be £1.00. Orders over £3.00 up to £5.00 the delivery charge will be £1.70. Orders over £5.00 and up to £10.00 the delivery charge will be £2.30. Orders over £10.00 and up to £20.00 delivery charge will be £2.50. Orders over £20.00 and up to £30.00 will be £3.50. Orders over £30.00 and up to £40.00 delivery charge will be £4.50. All orders over £40.00 are free. A Certificate of posting will requested at the Post Office on all orders sent out for delivery. If you wish for Recorded sign for delivery an additional cost of £1.00 is required. If you are local to the GL15 postcode you can apply the code FREEGL15 at the checkout to obtain your free delivery on orders over £5.00.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for using Greetings to your home. At Greetings to your home we wish all our customers to

have complete satisfaction with the products they have ordered. If you have any reason whatsoever that

you are not happy with any item please do not hesitate to contact us to resolve the issue. We accept that

items may occasionally be faulty or get damaged and therefore must be reported the same day you receive

your order. If you do not receive your order within 4 weeks of dispatch please contact us A.S.A.P so we

can rectify the issue. We cannot deal with any claims after this time. We will endeavour to replace

A.S.A.P. We currently do not support returns or exchanges unless they have been listed incorrectly and

are not what was advertised, have been picked incorrectly or are faulty/damaged.
